The key process lies in the self-developed “multi-chamber thermal break structure” design—creating multiple independent thermal insulation chambers within the profile, combined with imported nylon PA66GF25 thermal barrier strips to form highly effective heat insulation. Every profile undergoes Vickers hardness testing, paint adhesion cross-hatch testing, and corner strength testing before leaving the production line, fundamentally ensuring the windows’ strength, corrosion resistance, and 30-year service life.
